Connection Credit Purchasers Terms of Service Agreement:

1.) RemoteAppointmentSetter.com (Us) agrees to provide the purchaser (You) of Connection Credit(s) with complete Remote Caller Profile(s) within 24 to 48 hours of the purchaser emailing us the first name(s) and Remote Caller Profile number(s) listed on our homepage.

2.) Connection Credits expire one year from date of purchase.

3.) RemoteAppointmentSetter.com provides an employment profile listing service whereby individuals (For a fee) may list their employment profiles on our website and those seeking specific employment profiles may (For a fee) access them. RemoteAppointmentSetter.com is NOT an employment agency. Compensation and the methods by which you pay the remote callers listed on our site is strictly between you and them.

4.) You understand that we do NOT do background checks on the remote callers listed on our site. You agree to waive all legal rights to sue RemoteAppointmentSetter.com and the site owners for damages resulting from the use of this site or any people you may meet as a result of using this site.

5.) There are NO Refunds under any circumstances!

6.) All of the terms in this Terms of Service Agreement apply regardless of whether or not people have taken the time to have read them.

Remote Caller Profile Listing Purchasers Terms of Service Agreement:

1.) RemoteAppointmentSetter.com (Us) agrees to post the purchaser's (You) Remote Caller Profile Listing in our exclusive database and an abbreviated version of your Remote Caller Profile Listing on our homepage for a period of 3, 6 or 12+ months. During which time, you agree to allow us to email your complete remote caller profile to those who purchase and redeem Connection Credits on our site.

2.) Remote Caller Profile Listings expire within 3, 6, or 12 months from date of purchase.

3.) RemoteAppointmentSetter.com provides an employment profile listing service whereby individuals (For a fee) may list their employment profiles on our website and those seeking specific employment profiles may (For a fee) access them. RemoteAppointmentSetter.com is NOT an employment agency. Compensation and the methods by which remote callers listed on our site are paid is strictly remote callers and those who hire them.

4.) You understand that RemoteAppointmentSetter.com and its owners do NOT perform background checks on purchasers of Connection Credits, who may contact you about employment opportunities. You agree to waive all legal rights to sue RemoteAppointmentSetter.com and the site owners for damages resulting from the use of this site or any people you may meet as a result of using this site.

General Website User Agreement/Privacy Policy
